stephanie and chris : omaha wedding photography

This is the first of TWO "Stephanie and Chris" weddings. It's the first time I've had that occur - where I have two couples with the exact same first names!

I highly recommend the venues that Stephanie and Chris choose. Their church, First Unitarian Church in Omaha, was GORGEOUS and a photographer's dream! And I rarely say that about a church! Huge floor to ceiling windows, tons of light, white ceiling and walls....it was just like one big lightbox. And the black and white checkered floor at their reception venue, 1316 Jones, made for such fun dancing pictures!

Then moving on to the church to get the all-important dress on!










We had a few minutes to get some pictures with Stephanie alone...she was breathtaking.

Then...ceremony time. This little guy froze in the middle of the aisle til dad came to the rescue.


















They had these tiny dried flowers for their guests to throw during their exit.


And throw they did!




After the ceremony, the wedding party hopped on a trolley for the drive to the reception.

Where there was lots of kissing.


And lots of admiring looks from Chris directed at his new wife.


And lots of laughter.










Finally, it was time to party!

Then, it was time for their first dance as husband and wife.










We had two performances that night. One by a groomsman, to "Thriller," and one by the groom, to "Bootylicious." The groom's performance was the result of losing a bet to the best man.

Stephanie and Chris's wedding was absolutely gorgeous and everyone had an amazing time. Thanks for letting me be a part of your big day!
